If you are setting up a new gateway, the credentials to log into it are printed on a label on bottom of the unit. You must change the password once you get it set up. Do not use something that is readable. You should use a secure password of at least 10 digits, with random letters, numbers and special characters. Using a pets name or something like password123 is asking to be hacked.
