Cannot Livestream + Packet loss

Hello! I have been trying to livestream via YouTube for over a month with no success. I have bought a wifi antenna, new hardware, updated all my software, even had a technician come out and activate a coax port to physically move the router, and using PingPlotter I can see there is repeated and persistent packet loss on the backbone (on Xfinity's end). I am utterly at my wit's end. Without livestreaming I have no income. PLEASE help me!

Hello user_v9nvyn I am sorry to hear about you issues being able to livestream on Youtube. We certainly want to get this figured out for you. I appreciate you providing a detailed breakdown of what has been done so far. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
