Cannot get an xfinity rep on phone or chat after multiple attempts

Anyone else experiencing this?  The text i received back said "we'll call you within 1 minute" - never called at all.  My chat window said I had contacted an agent, but they never arrived.  I'm experiencing very slow internet speeds and have already had xfinity reboot the modem.
