Cannot get actual appt scheduled with a human, much less competent representative.
I have been trying to get a hold of a human being at Xfinity for a week. I am constantly heading to troubleshooting or AI personnel, I think I may have had an actual human being a couple of times but neither were able to actually get an appointment scheduled. The one that said they did schedule an appointment for today, a tech never showed up. I have never seen the banner with the appointment information across my account, which leads me to believe I’m not really getting scheduled in the first place. I have been without Internet for a week with no end in sight. Xfinity map says there are no outages in my area. Therefore, I’m not getting any attention. My guess is that hurricane took out a line on the outside of my home, but Xfinity is not addressing the issue proactively, and no amount of effort and time that I am putting in is resolving it.
