CANNOT CONNECT TO ONLINE GAMES ON PC

I have been trying for days to play my online games but no matter what I do I cannot connect. It boots me off within 5 seconds of loading up any games online or gives me an error prompt. I have reached out to the xfinity agents and have gotten nowhere with this. I can run the internet browser just fine with no problems. I have tried a vpn, port forwarding, allowing access through the firewall onto these games, deleting and uninstalling these games and restating the modem. I have gone through the troubleshooting page already and have contacted xfinity but i’m stuck in the same place. Nothing is working and I am quite frustrated with the help I am receiving. I am thinking about switching ISP’s.
