Cannot connect to FSX play

Internet works fine except when trying to play the app FSX play. Called FSX play support and was told Xfinity is blocking the API.

“http://api.foresightsports.com/“

called Xfinity and was told the security feature was disabled but I still can’t access this.

PLEASE help.

user_pwbvoi, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I did some checking, and I am not seeing any information on Xfinity blocking this API. You may need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance Team to see if they can help. Here is that link: https://spa.xfinity.com/alerts

I have the same issue. I was told by spa.xfinity.com they were not blocking Foresight server but I cannot reach it on xfinity internet.  When I move to another company's internet service I connect perfectly.
