Cannot connect to 5ghz network

About 2 weeks ago I noticed the 5ghz network on my phone dropped. It kicked me off and said incorrect password. Didn't think much of it, as I was able to connect to 2ghz.

Well now it's been 2 weeks that neither myself, or any other device my family owns can connect to the 5ghz network.

When we go to connect it says "incorrect password"
Both of the passwords for 2 and 5 are the same. I've logged into our account and double, triple checked what the password is and I'm 100% we are entering it right, but it still says incorrect password.
I have even tried taking the password off of the network and tried connecting that way, and then it tells me "unable to connect"
I have even restarted the modem via my xfinity account and have reset the network connections on our devices.
Why is this?! The 2ghz network is laggy at times, and does not work that well on the 2nd floor of my house. I need to be able to fix this issue

I have tried to change the password as well. With the new password I still get the same error. Invalid password

Try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. This can sometimes clear up some weird behavior issues. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch. The SSID's and the passwords will now be the default ones that are found on the label and you need to reconfigure them to whatever you like.
