Cannot cancel service - even though they have confrimed
I followed all the steps, got the cancellation notice and not I am getting billing for the service and the service is not cancelled. Cannot get hold of chat - busy at this time, same for hours. Cannot get call back - busy at this time.
I am filing a complaint with the FTC.
They are waste of time. and the CEO says ohh I want to give you a better experience. same old lip service.
