Cannot back up Iphone or Ipad after IOS latest update
i am on IOS 16.5.1 for my Iphone and Ipad. The Ipad is a 7th generation and the Iphone is the Iphone Xr. Since the update, neither device will back up. Claims there is a poor network connection. Tried rebooting the Xfinity modem and still have same issue, but Xfinity says on a speed test it's 117 percent of my plan speed.

Hi there, @user_26d78a. We are happy to help with the internet connection. Our Xfinity app can run 2 types of speed tests. One is a Speed to Gateway test and the other is a Speed to Device test. That can sometimes help to track down where the problem is. Are you noticing a problem with the internet when you are doing any other activities online with the devices? Have you tried to forget the WiFi Network, clear your cookies, restart the device, then connect again to the internet? That can clear up a lot of issues with the connection as well.

That is good to hear, @user_26d78a! Thanks for updating the thread so we can all learn from this experience! To hit a touch further on the cause, do you think the coaxial outlet is going out or does there seem to be WiFi interference in that area now?

Might be some wi-fi interference in that area.
It's not the cable.
