Cannot access OneDrive

When connected to my Comcast/Xfinity Internet connection no one can access OneDrive on any of our devices, mobile devices or laptop. See error below.

Works fine when not on my Comcast/Xfinity Internet connection

For a test, try disabling their Advanced Security feature. Sometimes it's buggy;

@EG​ Thanks, that seem to have worked.

Disabled Advance Security feature, waited 20 minutes and I was able to access OneDrive.  

That mitigated my issue, How do we get Xfinity to fix it? Because it worked for years until today.

https://comca.st/3C2771k which will take you to the general overview page. From there, you will then navigate over to the "Report a blocked website" button. You will then find the section and tool you need.


Or call them at 1-888-565-4329 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask for a transfer to them directly.
