Cancelling Xfinity - Horrible customer support

I am aware of the WA State Outage is due to the power outages from the wind storm on Tuesday. Power in the city of Seattle has been fully restored since Wednesday morning. None of the so called free hot spots work. There isn’t a customer service representative to speak with it about the outage. The only information being given to us is a ChatGPT generated message filled with nothing.  no substantial information about how they plan to resolve the outages or timeline. 

And the Storm Ready WiFi?! What a false advertisement and claim. Nothing is working!

user_5m1yh4 We know the storm situation hasn't been good, but I can assure you that our repair teams are working hard on getting services restored. I would recommend to use our Xfinity app to check in for updates as our representatives see the exact same updates our customers can from there.
