Cancelling Wifi

I literally cannot find any way to simply cancel my wifi online. I'm moving into a place with different wifi and have no need for my xfinity wifi anymore. I would like to not get charged anymore, but all of the customer support is directing customers to use a "chat" button which doesn't exist on my page. How can I cancel my wifi?

Please share more details about your internet service so I can give you the best path towards a resolution. Do you have our Prepaid NOW Internet or our residential Xfinity home internet? 
 
NOW services can be managed online through the customer portal. For residential internet, I am happy to help here.
