Canceling

I called to cancel just now. Was told okay you’re cancelled. Canceling because I moved without new location and the current person already started their xfinity service. I called today June 25 2026. I asked for email confirmation. No email confirmation. My app doesn’t show a disconnect date. I want cancel and confirmation I can have as proof. When I try to call back the phone just rings and disconnects. I want cancel and confirmation or I file a complaint with the FCC and better business bureau.
