cancel service

I'd like to cancel my service and cannot figure out how. I expect a full refund as well.

I signed up for an xfinity now plan and have had a horrible experience. My account couldn't be created while I was on the phone, so I had to keep trying over and over. Why is this process on the customer's end and not on the rep's end? Finally it worked, my modem+router shipped. I went to set it up and I scanned the QR code, download the app, sign in, and it says I'm not authorized to continue. The modem and router aren't working and now a service technician has to come out and fix it. I have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to talk to a HUMAN. This company is awful. I am switching to verizon. Cancel my plan right now please. I can't even log into my account to do it myself.
