Cancel Service

I need to cancel my internet and TV services because I'm moving to another country and won't be able to use them anymore. I'll be leaving later this month, so I'd really appreciate it if the cancellation could be taken care of soon.  

 Please let me know what steps I need to take.Thanks a lot.
