Hello,
I am requesting immediate cancellation of all services on my Xfinity account.
I have repeatedly attempted to cancel online, but the website provides no functioning cancellation process.
I do not want a callback, retention offers, or a change of plan.
Please have an official Xfinity representative invite me to private messaging so that I can complete the cancellation entirely in writing.
I request written confirmation of the effective cancellation date and final charges.
