can xfinity pods relay messages?

With 2 pods can a message flow from the router to pod1 to pod2 to my iphone?  Currently both pods seem to connect directly to the router which limits the distance within which I can use my iphone.  Based on the tests I have done the answer is no but this severely limits the useful range.

user_2674e6, When you say message, are you referring to a text message or just a signal in general? This FAQ link can help with some information regarding our pods.
