CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH XFINITY WIFI (SECURE NETWORK)

Hello -

I am very frustrated with this problem. Everything was working fine until about 10 days ago.  I could connect on my iPhone to my home network, xfinitywifi(unsecured) and XFINITY(secure) at home and with both xfinitywifi and XFINITY wherever available outside of my home.

Now, I can connect to my home network and xfinitywifi (unsecured) on my iPhone - but when I try to connect to XFINITY - I get a message that says "incorrect password".  This takes me to a screen that has my correct username and I type in my password -but it still says incorrect password.

I went to the Comcast Forums and asked for help.  A Comcast employee suggested that I "forget" XFINITY and then rejoin it.  There is NO OPTION to "Forget the network".

I have tried many solutions.  I downloaded the Xfi app and installed the Xfinity profile on my phone.  That did not help. I deleted the profile.

I downloaded the Xfinity hotspot app and reinstalled the Xfinity profile.  I was then able to connect to XFINITY network so I thought the problem was solved.  However, two days later - when trying to connect to XFINITY I got the same incorrect password message.  In the profile settings XFINITY is showing.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the profile and hotspots app but that did not help.

I tried changing my password altogether and then reinstalling the hotspot app and profile - but that did not help.  I got a new message when trying to join XFINITY - it said to move closer and try again.  I then restarted my modem and tried again and it went back to the same "incorrect password" message.

This is SO frustrating.  Is there no Comcast employee who knows how to fix this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
