Can someone actually help me with packet loss issues?

Feels like its impossible to actually get in contact with an actual person. I've already gone through all basic troubleshooting steps both prior and post talking with a chat tech, i even replaced my modem despite knowing mine was already fine and in working condition, replaced coax as well. Coax plugged directly into modem which is directly connected via ethernet to my pc. 

Will get persistent packet loss while gaming, ping plotter trace also seemingly shows the issue. I would need a tech to come out and likely test signal strength at both the drop and outlet i'm using. The outlet im using does seem like it has a noticeable kink towards the end of the coax as whoever installed it couldn't fit it properly into the wall plate without bending it, seemingly.
