Can not access my modem's settings through default gateway, 10.0.0.1.
I can not access my modem's settings through the default gateway of 10.0.0.1. I have tried accessing it while plugged in with ethernet and that does not work either. I am only able to access the settings for a minute or two after I reset the modem by hitting the reset button on the back, and then I lose connectivity. I simply get a request timed out error when I try to use 10.0.0.1.

They recently took away that ability. You have to access it with the online site or with the Xfi app now.

I was just searching for the same reason, and I saw your note about the local admin page being disabled. I have my device in bridge mode, and when I try to connect to it in my account, it correctly says I have bridge mode activated and to connect to 10.0.0.1 to turn it off, which of course I can't do. Any suggestions? Thanks!
