Can I setup two separate WiFi networks on one modem?

We have a house that has been divided into two and still has the same address for both, Comcast told me they cannot provide two services at one address so we are limited to having one cable modem. Can I connect two WiFi routers to this single modem and set them each to be a separate network; 2 private networks off one Xfinity modem? The devices on the first WiFi network should not see or talk to the devices on the 2nd WiFi network, while they are physically in the same house.

@laleh2024 Just to clarify two internet-capable devices, such as a wireless gateway and modem, can be supported at your request; however, you would be billed for two internet services and two equipment rental charges if the equipment is Comcast-issued.
