Can I get Xfinity wifi when my parents already have existing dish tv
My parents have dish tv and I want to get Xfinity wifi. There’s a person coming tomorrow to install it is there anything I need to worry about before then or will they take care of it or can you not do that?

Yes. It's two different / separate systems. Comcast will install a separate coax line from the pole / pedestal to the premises pedestal if the service is actually available in your area.
