Can I get a refund?

I pay $156 a month for 1.1 gbps high speed internet. We rarely actually get that. Tonight, for example, tested at 80 mbps. 80 mbps out of whats supposed to be over 1000 mbps. Im wasting my money on this terrible internet service that also has terrible customer service. Tried to use the chat and the chat bot did absolutely nothing to actually help. Said it was running tests and that it would give an update soon and lo and behold, never sent an update and exited the conversation, so we had to start all over again for the same thing to happen. Don't waste ur money on these guys. Not worth it.

First let's figure out why we are only seeing 80 Mbps on the connection. Was this speed test from a TV or mobile device?
