802.11b ? If that's what you're saying, is there a reason you can't use that link in your question? Maybe I'm mis-understanding...

I have the same issue, can't connect an Aria scale. Can't find a setting in the Xfi app to change the wifi mode. I logged into the Gateway admin page where you can actually find the wifi mode setting, but it is greyed out and can't be changed. Does anyone know if the modem even supports mode 'b' and if so, how to enable it?

The xFi router cant do B so you will have to find a router that can or an access point that can. The xFi router has gotten so bad with this internet.xfinity.com BS can't do any port forwarding anymore unless I call this is so bad now looking at other modems to switch this out with cuz I can't stand it!

I have a similar issue but I am using an xFi router. On Sunday, we lost power for a couple minutes and ever since my Aria 2 scale won’t sync. I’ve restarted the router and tried all of Fitbit’s troubleshooting steps with no success. We had it on the 2.4GHz access of router snd has been working for 2 months setup that way. Now I can’t get it to recognize anything with restarting the scale to make my Fitbit app sync to the scale or the scale to our 5.0GHz or 2.4GHz and they want to know my router protocol. I don’t know where to find that information. Any guidance would be helpful.
