They have been doing routine system maintenance.
"This may cause an interruption to your service. We began work on 11/12/2020 12:47 AM (Mountain), and this is expected to end as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience." It said before it would end at 6:00am (Mountain).
You can check this by going to your "My Account" and to "Service".
It should be up by now. I was also experiencing the same thing.
