This has been going on for three weeks. We reported again and again, the technician came and diagnose the underground line needs to be replaced, with a temporary line about ground. However the issues continued after two days (with a storm coming through the area. Today the people who were responsible for replacing underground line, we tried to explain the issue and wanted them to double check the joints in the system), while we are contacting the technician, the worker called their supervisor and just left without doing the job or notifying us. We had wanted them to replace the line anyways. Now we are further setback. Technician said he will report that to his supervisor and have maintenance to double check all the connections this afternoon. Still waiting.
In the meantime, we are struggling through the the internet services being dropped off every few minutes.
