Business Account - Internet Outage
I have a business account I manage as IT, we are experiencing issues. I cannot get anyone on the phone. The automated system keeps wanting to restart the modem. I cannot use the online chat as it requires me to log in, we never set it up, nor do I have access to business documents we are remote. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes. Anyone have any suggestions? This is pathetic customer service, it's all automated now and no support.
