Buffering only on one device

Our connection is great in the house, and we have multiple tv's, computers and phones connected. However, there is one phone that keeps buffering -- and only that phone. None of the rest do it. Any suggestions on what we can possibly do or check?

This link has great information on troubleshooting your connection https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting VR awesome Xfinity app just go to Wi-Fi then go to troubleshoot, the awesome app will run a remote troubleshooting on your entire home network!

If everything looks good after the test is done,  the next step will ask you if you want to troubleshoot your devices. If after troubleshooting device does not fixed the issue,  with that device being the only device that's having issues,  I would recommend to forget the network Wi-Fi off of the device in your Wi-Fi settings, then doing a hard reboot on your device, also checking to make sure you have the most updated software as well.

If the issue is certain apps on that specific device as well,  try the same steps with the apps of uninstalling and reinstalling to get the most updated software.
