@user_n5ej73 Thanks for sharing and letting us know. If you think it is easy enough, you can swap out the cable by hand. Left to loosen it and right to tighten it. Hardware stores for sure, and an Xfinity Store may have some to pick up. If you don't feel comfortable swapping it, we can have a tech out, though it may add a service fee for the visit to your account. Let us know what you need so you can get connected again.
The cable goes through a wall plate that I can't remove due to a heavy piece of furniture. I would appreciate a tech visit and am willing to pay a service fee.
With appointments, we do ask that any furniture that needs to be moved would have to be moved already for the technician so they can access the equipment @user_n5ej73. Will the furniture be able to be moved for the technician?
