Bridge mode setting blank

New user with an XB8. Orbi is downstream, and I want to disable bridge mode on the Xfinity gateway to prevent double NAT.

I've allowed web admin access. I use Mac Safari.

I don't see the toggle to turn bridge mode on or off. It's just blank!

No help with Mac Chrome...same problem.
