Bridge Mode section is blank in the admin page of xfinity gateway

I am having an issue with my XB7 gateway that no enable/disable button shown in the Bridge Mode section.

I was on phone with xfinity support for one hour.  They did re-activated the XB7  gateway.

I have already switched "Admin tool online access" to "ON" in the xfinity app.  Still no enable/disable shown in the Bridge Mode section in the admin page (http://10.0.0.1)

I really want to hook my Orbi router back.

Please help!

jonnady Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your bridge mode on your XB7. Currently, there is a known issue with the XB7 and XB8 after a recent update, where the bridge mode settings are not available. Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to correct it as soon as possible. I would be happy to help keep you posted on the known issue if you would like.
