Both Eufy Camera and Mac Desktop Cant Access 2.4GHZ wifi channel

1. My Mac Studio Desktop running OS 14.6.1 cannot connect to the 2.4 GHZ wifi. It does connect to the 5G wifi just fine.
There's been no recent software changes, it just stopped accepting my password that has been the same, and I'm 10000% percent sure it's the correct password. Please see the attached error message, edit setting panel,  and notice that it IS allready a WPA2 password.

2. My Eufy camera (which will NOT run on a 5G) stopped connecting to the wifi a days ago. It doesn't even see the 2.4 GHZ network at all.

3. As there's two devices not able to connect to the 2.4 GHZ, I'd really appreciate supporting the idea that this is not about the devices, but rather the WIFI channel functionality.

4. I tried calling customer service and  it's utterly impossible to speak with a live human. All i get are AI chatbot links to check my password. I did that, and It's the same password i have had for a decade,  has worked for a decade, and somehow isn't working now? Your AI chatbots cant even grasp what my issue is. Really frustrating.

5. It seems there is currently no opportunity to get this diagnosed with a technician on the phone or in my home. Is this TRUE or FALSE?

Hey @ChicagoJack! This certainly is an interesting issue you got here. I was also having a issue with a digital picture frame connecting not that long ago, but with a reset of the modem it was finally able to connect to my 2.4GHz band. Things I would suggest trying:

1. Try doing a power cycle on the modem. Remove the power cord from the modem for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in and try to see if it can connect.

2. Log into the modem, click on the reset/restore gateway section from the left panel, and then reset wireless modules from there and then see if it connects.
3. On the Xfinty app tap the WiFi icon at the bottom > view wifi equipment > advance settings > WiFi bands > Edit next to the 2.4GHz band and make sure it's not set to "ax" only.

I hope this helps get your devices connected!
