Bluetooth and Wifi problem

Last Summer I hooked up two solar bots to my bluetooth and they both worked perfectly. This Spring I tried to connect the same two bots and they could not maintain connection. I tried both Bluetooth and Wi-fi and neither bot maintains connection. And there is another problem. I just bought a WIZ synch box for my TV but it requires 2.5 hrz. Would changing my current router by upgrading to the XB-110 solve both problems? What would be the additional cost for rental in that case?

Hello. user_yn2034 - Thank you for joining us here on the Forums — we’re really glad you reached out. I’m here to help. Could you share a bit more about what issues your devices are having when trying to connect? For example, is your Wi‑Fi network name showing up on the device, or is it not appearing at all?
When it comes to Wi‑Fi channel settings on the Xfinity XB10 — as well as newer gateways like the XB7 and XB8 — the system automatically manages channel selection through xFi. This helps optimize performance and reduce interference. While older gateways allowed you to manually change the Wi‑Fi channel, the newer firmware intelligently handles this in the background, which is why the option is no longer available.
Below are a few helpful articles with more details, just in case you’d like to take a closer look.
If you can tell me a little more about what you’re experiencing, I’d be happy to walk through it with you!
