Blocking Spam Calls

This deals with the land line (VOIP) service.  I recently downloaded a phone log for a month.  I received 415 calls.  With my current filter settings (basically everything I could) 148 (35%) were blocked.  Now, if I could block unverified calls that would raise to 402 (97%).  Don't you think your customers would call you heroes if 97% of those annoying calls could be blocked?  And it's easy, I know, I've been programming computers from PCs to Mainframes for 50+ years.  Here's how you do it.  Somewhere in your code you have an If-Then-Else statement similar to this:  [If Block Anonymous is True And Incoming call is Anonymous Then Block Call].  All you have to do is copy this statement to become this: [If Block Unverified is True And Incoming call is Unverified Then Block Call].  Also, I checked those unverified calls.  Not a single one was legitimate.  And you already know how to detect an unverified call.

PLEASE ALLOW ME TO BLOCK UNVERIFIED CALLS.

Thank you.

user_nma26, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand the importance of being able to clock all unverified calls. As a consumer myself, I understand the inconvenience that this can cause you. You've reached the right team to help. We have several things in place for your home phone to help with this. I will list them here for you.

*Protect yourself from phone scams here

*Spam Blocker here

*Anonymous Call Rejection: Nomorobo here

When using Nomorobo on my landline, we may get one ring, but after that, the call is gone. Please let me know if any of this helps.
