blocked websites

There are 2 websites I have been using for years that are now blocked on my desktop computer for some reason.https://doublef.com and https://halebob.com. I am able to reach them with no problem on my T-Mobile phone when I disconnect the xfinity wi-fi on my phone.
When I go to spa.xfinifty to fill out the form nothing happens. Either I am blocked from that site as well or when I fill out the form nothing happens. It goes dead
