Blocked from work website

I have not been able to work for 2 week because my work website has been blocked by Xfinity I have contacted them 9 times with no resolution i have contacted my IT department and they keep telling me to contact Xfinity to get the block removed can someone help me with this please.

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
