Blinking

I just signed up for infinity internet and my gateway is blinking orange and won't change color I resented it I checked the cords and it's still blinking orange I don't know what to do I just got this yesterday

If this is a new service install or a new move in, the other end of the line may not be connected to the Comcast feed. You likely need that tech out to connect it to the active Comcast feed at the tap on the pole or the pedestal. You won't be able to activate the service if your line is not connected to the system.
