Blinking orange light
This is my first time dealing with this issue. I have a xfi gateway. Internet has been working somewhat decent over the two years of having it until today. Suddenly it won't connect to the internet anymore. Continuously blinks an orange light. I followed all the steps in restarting it but no luck. Checked the outages around my area, none. Seems like I'm the only one with the issues. Did a bit of more researching and according to some, the light indicated an update so I plugged it back in, waited over an hour or two to see if it would "update" and still no luck. I don't really see why I would need a technician to come out of their way to check up on a modem? At this point, I just want to get a replacement.

Hello, I hope you are well today. I appreciate you taking the time to create a new post. As someone who relies on their network daily, I know what a headache this can be. I did see there were some updates and you are back online. How is everything on your end today?
