Blinking orange light

I followed the instructions to set up my home network but cannot seem to get the blinking white light. Plugged and replugged everything in but cannot get it - I only get a blinking orange light.

I live in a big apartment complex where Xfinity is the recommended/preferred provider.

Please help!

The other end of the coax line has probably been disconnected from the feed. It's pretty common after move-outs. Since you are in a multiple dwelling, you may want to first contact the building's management / maintenance dept. about this. Ultimately, you may need to book an appointment for a Comcast tech to come out. They may need to reconnect the line to their system. Good luck !
