Hello,

I recently moved abroad and closed my Xfinity account at a local store on May 21, 2026. On the same day, I returned my TV box and received receipts for both the service cancellation and the equipment return.

However, I discovered that I was charged recently instead of receiving a prorated refund. Since my account is no longer active, I cannot use the regular chat support, and calling from overseas is difficult for me.

Could an official support agent please help me look into this billing issue? I have all the receipts ready to provide via direct message.
