Billing

I opted for slower internet, and my speed is slower...but my bill does not reflect the change.

Also. I was billed for operator services/Dir. Asst. for $4.98. I never used the phone for this. I use my cell. Can you call 411 anymore?

My bill is higher than before and slower. I need to find a lower cost bill.
