Billing: Deal not applied to upcoming bill

On 9/9/2026 I signed up for a deal with Xfinity. However, the website says they plan to bill me the old price for the period of 9/14/26-10/13/16. Since I signed up for the deal before the service period, I reasonably expect to only be charged the deal price.
