Thank you for reaching out. I understand as a single mom that sometimes we all need a bit of extra time to make a payment to a bill. If there is a past due balance you would need to make a payment to clear the full debt. If you have charges for the equipment you can return to have those amounts credited @Fefennell40 Once the debt has been cleared we can proceed with addressing the start of services again.

There’s no other option u can offer someone but to pay in a full lump sum that really doesn’t seem like u understand then . They had suggested that some times u take an initial payment then installments allowing you to regain services and still pay past debt . I would think there would be more help and you would still be getting paid for past debt

My apologies for the misunderstanding, @user_40fl237. There could always be some installment options available for your account, so it never hurts to check. When you log into your account online, or through the Xfinity app, you may see an installment plan or flexible payment options offer on the home page if your account qualifies for one. You can also go to the "Payments" page, after you sign in, to see if those options are available. Usually, you will need to make an initial payment, depending on your past due balance, but the automated process will walk you through everything. You can find more details and instructions on our support page at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due, as well as https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay/flexible-payment.
