Better Security of Home Network
I have been experiencing issues with my ROKU where the home screen showed an app had been downloaded when I returned to the room
No one in the house but me. No pets.
So I assume the ex is playing the typical games after a fresh break-up.
Ex hasn't been in the house or months so, trying to figure out how they did it and how to protect take back control of my network.
1) router/modem password was still default; I've changed that
2) updating the WIFI password; in progress
3) changing password for ROKU
4) updated the firewall settings from "low" to "medium"
I've recently changed the password for several of my other accounts (Netflix, etc.) all using different "strong" passwords
How else can I put up a stronger boundary around my home?

Change the Xfinity account as well with a web browser, and enable 2-factor (text message or email somewhere else with a code) -- remember, if you use iPhone with iCloud, they'll get the text message too if you are logged into the same iCloud account. If that's the case, change that password first. If you use a different type of phone, log into the carrier and change that password/cloud backup.
Change iCloud password: https://www.fonelab.com/resource/change-icloud-password.html
Change Xfinity password: https://xfinity.com Select "Account and Identity" from the drop down list when you click on the "person" icon on the top left. Select "Xfinity ID and Security".
I'm not sure where they list additional accounts with Administrator access. If they appear there, or another link on that page, but make sure nobody else has administrator access, or remove them. I just have the one account and don't use their email or other Xfinity services.
Also on the "Xfinity ID and Security" there is a "Manage and Link accounts" option. There could be another internet service account at other locations.
In general: After a local data breach, it's a good idea to change the password for any web login you have after you do this too. Any account you ever had linked with your Xfinity email address. Use another drop email service account for password recovery on those -- gmail/protonmail....wherever. Should cut down a bit on other activity using your accounts.
