Being throttled to under 6mb/s nightly at 7pm PST

A technician has been to my house and set all equipment was fine and the AI bot detects a problem with the connection to my house every night after 7pm. During the day I get the 100mb/s that I pay for. Please assist as I do need stable internet for my work thank you.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
