be-305-arsc1.needham.ma.boston.comcast.net and be-501-ar01.needham.ma.boston.comcast.net are losing most of the packets sent to them
My internet connection is really unstable, and after checking the packages sent I found that:
be-305-arsc1.needham.ma.boston.comcast.net loses 92.5% of the traffic sent to it
be-501-ar01.needham.ma.boston.comcast.net loses 78,98% of the traffic sent to it
Is this normal? I think they need to be serviced. These failures are leading to slow connectivity and issues using a VPN, video calls, watching videos, etc.
