@e-rockrock We appreciate your time in reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Just to clarify, are you experiencing drops in connection, or slow speeds? Can you tell us what troubleshooting steps you've attempted? The more information you can provide us the better we can help.

I vpn’d around your messed up router, that was either qos’ing me or is misconfigured.  The traceroute above clearly shows it dropping traffic.

It’s not my job to help you fix your networks problems.  Your SNMP and systems monitoring shows it clearly.

Youre a support mushroom so even you don’t get to see it, but the long haul and backbone guys are seeing it and doing nothing about it.
