Basement WiFi coverage
Remodeled the basement adding 1200 sq feet with new bedroom, office, gym, and living area. 3 TVs + 2 computers and mobile devices with 2 sound receivers and speakers. Add WiFi box in basement or more pods or both?

Depending on where the Gateway is one floor usually isn't a biggie but as alternative, how about run CAT6 ~ ethernet to switch and go from there??
Just my .2 cents
Thanks and good luck.

@user_c4036f Congratulations on the remodel! We do not recommend having two modems in the home unless a technician comes to the home first. We do not want anything to interfere with the service to the remainder of the home. Pods are always a great option as well, but the choice is up to you!

Have cat6 on the TVs but looking to determine my approach for wireless. I have 3 pods already on the main floor and upstairs. Hit or miss on coverage. I was thinking a second wireless router in the basement off one of the cat6 ports. I will take advantage of a technician to assess and go from there. I believe they are relatively inexpensive
