Bandwidth Issues

Anytime I download a file it uses up all my bandwidth. Can barely load a website.

This is my router: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0787TRNMH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've done this, but then shortly after restarting it went back to the same issue.

Click Start and type "cmd."

- Right click on Command Prompt and run as administrator.
- Copy and paste the following line one at a time, pressing enter each time. You must press Enter after each command and wait.

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
ipconfig / flushdns

Windows 11.

Thank you in advance!

fan1bsb97, thank you for reaching out to let us know. I can see how frustrating and confusing this would be. I see the issues only occur when downloading files, which is interesting. Have you seen this with other devices or just this laptop? Do you mainly use WiFi or does it happen with a hardwired connection too?
