Balance Forward

Hello,

i noticed on my upcoming bill that i have a balance forward of $75, i dont understand why as i just paid my internet bill automatically a couple of days ago on December 28 for $124. I was expecting this upcoming payment to be $85 on the new plan i just switched to, but now its $164, its way too much! Please help, thanks!
